India is our motherland.
भारत हमारा मातृभूमि है।
It is well known for its social and religious integrity all over the world.

Our country is a rich and beautiful country.

Our country extends from the colourful Rajasthan and Gujarat in the west

to the vast green tea gardens of Assam in the east,
और पूर्व में फैले असम के विशाल हरे चाय के बागानों तक फैला है।
the mighty Himalayas crowning Kashmir in the north

Our country is a centre of attraction for tourists

because it has many beautiful places.

are a few wonders which attract many people all over the world.

भारत अपनी “विविधता में एकता” (unity in diversity) के लिए जाना जाता है।
We speak many languages, worship many gods
हम कई भाषाएँ बोलते हैं, कई भगवानों की पूजा करते हैं
and yet we have the same spirit – the spirit of India.
फिर भी हमारे अंदर वही एक भावना होती है – भारत की भावना।
This spirit of oneness runs through all parts of our country binding us together.
यह एकता की भावना पूरे देश में बहती है और हमें एक सूत्र में बाँधती है।
We celebrate different festivals like Holi, Diwali, Baisakhi, Eid, Christmas, Pongal etc. with great joy and happiness.
हम होली, दिवाली, बैसाखी, ईद, क्रिसमस, पोंगल आदि जैसे त्यौहार बहुत खुशी और उल्लास के साथ मनाते हैं।
We all live here happily.
हम सब यहाँ खुशी से रहते हैं।
I love my country and I am proud to be an Indian.
मुझे अपने देश से प्यार है और मुझे भारतीय होने पर गर्व है।
Ours is a land of sages, known for bravery for ages
यह संतों (sages) की भूमि है, जो सदियों से बहादुरी (bravery) के लिए जानी जाती है।
None can with it compete, its culture none can beat
