Speaking se pehle:

  1. Deep breath in

  2. Hold 2 sec

  3. Slow exhale

  4. Speak normally

Ye aapke nerves calm kar deta hai.

✨ The “Slow Start Method”

Fear tab aata hai jab aap tez bolne ki koshish karte ho.

Start slow:

  • “Okay, let me speak…”

  • “I want to say something…”

  • “Here’s my point…”

Slow start = mind warm-up
Fear automatically kam.

Big sentences se pressure hota hai.
Small sentences se confidence.

Example:

Instead of:
“I want to talk about something that is very important today.”

Say:
“I want to say something.
It’s important.”

Jab aap rukoge → fear badhega.

Isliye:

Agar word yaad na aaye →
Simple line bol do:

  • “Let me think…”

  • “What I mean is…”

  • “Okay… so…”

Bas flow mat rukne do.

Fear breaks when flow continues.

Scene 1: Group me bolna

(Slow, confident tone)


Scene 2: Stranger se baat

You: “Excuse me, can you help me?”
Fear ends when first line bold hoti hai.


Scene 3: Class/Meeting

You: “I want to add one point…”
(Strong, polite, fearless)


Scene 4: Mistake ho jaye

❌ Panic mat karo
✔ Bold bolo:

“Sorry, let me correct that…”
Fear disappears instantly.
